Shropshire Army Cadets Band and Bugles: Striking a Commanding Bugle Fanfare!

The Shropshire Army Cadets Band and Bugles have been making their presence known in recent months, performing at a variety of prestigious events across the county.

Their stirring marches provided the soundtrack for the Armed Forces Football Match in Shrewsbury, the Lord Lieutenant’s Evening at Copthorne Barracks, and the Friends of the Museum event at Shrewsbury Castle’s Light Infantry Museum.

But their dedication extends beyond their local stomping grounds. The band recently completed a week-long training stint at the prestigious national music camp organised by the Army Cadets, further honing their skills and fostering growth.

This surge in activity is bolstered by the arrival of experienced adult musicians who are lending their talents to the band. With this influx of support and a growing repertoire, the Shropshire Army Cadets Band and Bugles are setting their sights on even bigger stages in the future.

Keep an ear out for these talented young musicians – they’re sure to be making a powerful sound wherever they perform!
