“On March 16th, 31 cadets from the Shropshire Army Cadets took part in a 2-star navigation training day at Wrekin Scout Camp.

Throughout the day, they participated in lessons on camp craft, the Countryside Code, tent pitching, cooking and menu planning, rucksack packing, and navigation.

To put their skills to the test, they also completed an assessed walk around the Wrekin, demonstrating their navigation abilities.

Well done to all the cadets who attended and successfully achieved the aim of the training day.
